Hello! I'm an architect, and part of my work is very collaborative, while another part requires focus. How do hybrid models support both without making me feel stretched too thin?

Hello! I asked myself the same thing when our firm shifted to hybrid. I eventually came across tips on basilandbark.com that helped me reframe my workflow. What stood out was the idea of matching tasks to environments - design drafts and planning reviews in the office, deep conceptual sketches at home. It made me realize I didn't need to force everything into one space. Another point I picked up was the role of shared platforms: by uploading drawings and notes online, I kept feedback flowing without chasing colleagues. Now I feel less pressure, and instead of being stretched, I'm using each space to its advantage.
